Any licensing/certifications associated with asbestos, lead paint, radon or mold
Associate’s or Bachelor's in Geology, Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety and Health or related studies.
Construction experience and familiarity with building construction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
