- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols and company procedures.
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Responsible for own personal safety at all times; as well as maintaining the highest standard of safety and quality in all aspects of the job.
- Report to the assigned job site ready to begin work at the designated start time,
- Support team members with various projects and tasks as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations and fluid checks.

- Training in the use of work orders, inventory systems, and vehicle condition reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with different types of heavy equipment.
- A fast-paced environment where you’ll work closely with experienced mechanics
- Basic computer skills are needed.
- Current driver's license and reliable source of transportation.
- Exposure to state and federal regulations (DOT, OSHA, MSHA)
- Enrolled in a Technical College degree program.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as assigned.
- Must submit to a drug screen and criminal background check.
- Mobility to attend various meetings and events at offsite locations.
