We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Night Shift Operations Supervisor to oversee our metals management site operations. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and compliant processing, sorting, and shipment of metals during night shift hours. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with operational experience in recycling, scrap metals, or related heavy industrial environments.
- Monitor equipment performance, coordinate maintenance, and minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
- Support scheduling, work assignments, and labor management for shift efficiency.
- Collaborate with day shift leadership to ensure smooth operational transitions.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of operators, equipment drivers, and laborers.
- Track production metrics, quality standards, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational policies.
- Supervise and coordinate night shift operations for metals processing, sorting, and shipping.
