

Coordinate Sydney based team events, milestones, workshops and training
Assist with diary coordination and calendar support for senior leaders
Oversee daily office operations, presentation standards and facilities management
Track office budgets, credit card reconciliations and assist with process improvements
Manage WHS compliance, hazard registers, emergency procedures and first aid
As the Office Manager, you will be the friendly face and central operational lead of the Sydney office, keeping everything running smoothly and creating a workplace people love coming into. You will thrive as the go to person and the one everyone turns to when they need something sorted with ease. Reporting to the Operations Manager and EA, you will oversee office operations, facilities, suppliers, compliance and the overall workplace experience, while also supporting senior leadership with key admin needs. This is a visible, hands on role where your proactive nature and ability to elevate the employee experience will shine.
Coordinate team movements, meeting room bookings and director scheduling updates
Lead onboarding and offboarding including IT setup and access requirements
Act as the main contact for employees, guests, visitors, vendors and building management
Maintain databases, registers, corporate records and internal systems
Support leadership with admin tasks, minutes, agendas and documents
Provide first level IT and AV support, escalating when needed
Partner with the Operations team on group wide initiatives and workplace projects
Manage suppliers, office supplies, maintenance and service providers
Oversee mail handling, courier coordination, deliveries and inventory
Warm, polished and professional communication style
Strong organisational capability with confidence juggling competing priorities
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, vendors and service providers
Proven experience in office management, operations or workplace coordination
Experience in property, projects or professional services is beneficial but not essential
High attention to detail with a logical, methodical approach
Strong Microsoft Office capability and confidence troubleshooting basic IT
