The Service Advisor role is responsible for facilitating service operations in the Center, ensuring manpower and facilities meet targets for customer satisfaction, retention, and productivity while adhering to the company’s vision, mission, values, and standard operating procedures. Key responsibilities include achieving operational targets through business planning, delivering a Guest‑First mindset, and complying with safety, welfare, integrity, and branding policies.
Major activities involve pre‑acceptance vehicle inspections, coordinating repairs with the Chief Technician, communicating estimates and progress to customers, following up on parts with the Parts Department, and conducting post‑service follow‑up on complaints. The role also monitors data entry for productivity analysis and ensures quality control compliance to maintain the brand’s integrity.
Candidates must hold a minimum bachelor’s degree, have at least five years of experience in the service area, and possess automotive and technical knowledge. Required skills include time management, monitoring, active learning, stress tolerance, interpersonal and communication abilities, and proficiency with computer applications. The position requires English/Arabic proficiency, Service Advisor Level 2 certification, and alignment with competencies such as accountability, customer focus, and collaboration.
