Deliver onboarding sessions to support successful assimilation of new employees.
Be an ambassador of compliance with all applicable local, state and federal regulations, fair housing laws and company policies.
Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions for on-site employees, focusing on leasing, operations, sales, marketing and software systems.
Develop, update and implement training programs for new hires and underperforming employees.
Monitor occupancy trends, analyze leasing performance, and recommend operational adjustments or training interventions to improve results.
