General Laborer

Description

• Carries out cleaning work;
• Participates in the taking of various inventories;
• Handles, moves and stores furniture, equipment, supplies, materials and tools;
• Take care of the grounds using a 100Hp tractor (training can be provided), zero turn ride on lawn mower, push lawn mower and gas trimmer;
• Performs painting work;
• Participates in periodic and ad hoc inspections of buildings, equipment and grounds;
• Prepares and puts in place the necessary protections and signage during work;

Requirements

• Good physical and manual ability to perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Experience with operating a tractor and forklift would be considered an asset.
• Able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Autonomous, versatile and organized.
• Good time management, priority setting and ability to manage and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Must hold a class 5 driver's license.
• Interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills.
