Carries out cleaning work;
Participates in the taking of various inventories;
Handles, moves and stores furniture, equipment, supplies, materials and tools;
Take care of the grounds using a 100Hp tractor (training can be provided), zero turn ride on lawn mower, push lawn mower and gas trimmer;
Performs painting work;
Participates in periodic and ad hoc inspections of buildings, equipment and grounds;
Prepares and puts in place the necessary protections and signage during work;

Good physical and manual ability to perform basic maintenance tasks.
Experience with operating a tractor and forklift would be considered an asset.
Able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Must hold a class 5 driver's license.
Interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills.
