Be proactive in proposing alternative solutions by modifying existing models when standard models are not the right fit.
Make sound judgment calls on utilizing internal or external resources as needed.

Collaborate with the sales team and other project members in value creation to increase revenue. This includes:
Digest and provide relevant updates to internal stakeholders on existing and new legislation/specifications relevant to power products.
Ensure that customer-specific product developments are completed on time and within budget
Project management: Overseeing a range of power products, including testing, evaluation, and customer/supplier liaison.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all XP products, including new product introduction.
Provide prompt technical support to customers, sales staff, and XP distributors. This involves addressing technical issues related to products and services.
Leading technical issue resolution during the design phase.
Conduct product presentations to customers.
Applications support: Assisting customers with technical solutions.
Maintain essential documentation and information related to projects within Sales Force, SharePoint & Microsoft365 and any other required platforms.
