The Estate Manager will join the property‑management team to create a vibrant, forward‑thinking estate that prioritises customer experience, community engagement, modern amenities and integrated technology. The role is responsible for delivering high‑quality services while ensuring full compliance with statutory, contractual and company regulations, and for upholding exemplary standards of service for clients, occupiers and visitors. A key element of the position is building a strong team culture, promoting staff wellbeing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and the wider community.

• Manage landlord enquiries and ensure lease obligations are met.
• Liaise regularly with tenants on various responsibilities.
• Coordinate and resolve third‑party or neighbouring disputes.
• Oversee sublet estate coordination and management.
• Plan, conduct and report on property inspections.
• Keep property files up to date.
• Maintain accurate data, supervision and reporting on the client property database.
• Manage specialist service‑partner provisions across the portfolio.
• Review and quality‑assure reports and recommendations from subject‑matter experts.
• Perform routine lease advisory and agency work.
• Monitor and update the client helpdesk.
• Coordinate quarterly tenant meetings.
• Manage performance of contractors and service providers.
• Contribute to planning, development and monitoring of premises.
• Collate data and report on health‑and‑safety and environmental performance.
• Investigate accidents, report findings and assist with insurance claim coordination.
• Process invoices.
• Ensure compliance with company and statutory health‑and‑safety, fire and hygiene requirements.
• Provide line management for administrative staff.
• Serve as the go‑to person for colleagues, clients and customers.
• Provide solution‑focused advice rather than problem identification.
• Identify and promote best‑practice ways of working and stakeholder interaction.
• Stay abreast of customer‑experience and health‑and‑safety market trends.
• Initiate improvements to customer and estate experiences.
• Actively listen and interpret information for clients, customers, colleagues and service partners.
• Tailor communication to different stakeholders for clarity.
• Provide prompt information and resolutions.

Requirements

Candidates must hold MRICS qualification and possess deep health‑and‑safety, compliance and estate‑management expertise, including experience with HVAC systems, CAFM reporting tools and performance management of service partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required, and the successful applicant will act as the go‑to expert for colleagues, clients and customers.
