Required certifications are Green Industries Best Management Practices (GI‑BMP) within the first 90 days, while a Limited Urban Commercial Fertilizer Applicator (LF) certification is preferred. Candidates must possess in‑depth knowledge of agronomy equipment, strong communication skills, conflict‑resolution abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and mobile devices, and a valid US driver’s license meeting MVR requirements.
