Description

The coordinator will schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians for maintenance and emergency calls, coordinate service appointments, and ensure timely follow‑up. They will communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and internal departments while maintaining accurate records of service calls, work orders, and customer interactions. Additional duties include assisting with invoicing, parts ordering, warranty claims, monitoring technician workloads, optimizing scheduling for efficiency, and providing administrative support to the service department.

Requirements
