Ensure that NDY’s Quality System is implemented and maintained on projects.
Conduct condition audits of existing buildings.
Coordinate proactively with the project design team and collaborate closely to document projects.
Manage project finances and track resourcing hours.
Assist with cyber security and security advisory services within the broader team.
Attend design meetings with clients, architects, and other discipline engineers.
Prepare technical reports and presentations, conveying technical concepts to various audiences.
Develop security management systems and physical security elements, such as perimeter security, building protective measures, door hardware assessments, and vehicle access systems.
Implement Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design, Security Risk Assessments, and security planning.
Strong problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated experience writing specifications, technical reports, and producing quality technical presentations aligned to attendees' levels of understanding.
An understanding of cyber security compliance and concepts of user experience design.
Experience commissioning and validating the installation of security systems.
Proficiency with Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, conveying technical concepts clearly.
Site experience with security protocols, networks, communications.
A relevant tertiary qualification combined with equivalent training, accreditation, and experience would be beneficial.
Experienced in business development activities and a track record of winning work
