What you would be doing

Distributes new and replacement equipment for onboarding and tech refresh for employees
Monitor, manage, configure and deploy spares equipment, staying abreast of inventory required minimum quantities and requesting stock be ordered to replenish.
Brings ideas to add efficiencies and process improvements to role.
Be on the leading edge of ensuring our company is meeting all necessary security requirements, adherence to policies and procedures.
Conduct next day follow up on resolved tickets
Responsible to ensure meeting room technology is in working order and support as needed to ensure upcoming meetings are successful with technology needs
Provide an exceptional customer service experience in a positive manner
Ask open ended, qualifying questions to identify and resolve internal customer’s needs as an entry level, “Tier 1/2” technician
Troubleshoots, repairs, or replaces equipment such as computers, monitors, printers, peripherals, smart phones, tablets, headphones, conference room tablets, smart televisions, network devices, etc.
Be diligent in creating tickets for walk ups to track volume and types of issues handled.
Greet our internal customers, respond quickly and attentively with focus on them as you work to remedy their request.
Work collaboratively with all members of IT, ensuring urgent issues are assigned and communicated for immediate attention.

Education, experience, or certifications in a technical capacity
Ability to communicate well and in a professional manner through in-person conversation, phone calls, email, and chat or instant messaging, as well as the support ticketing system
Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment while juggling several tasks at one time
Exceptional communication skills
Willingness and eagerness to grow and learn and loves helping others
Able to gather information, triage, obtain screenshots, ask questions, and create tick
Familiarity with the following technology:
Be a clear and positive communicator at all times
Minimum 2 years in supporting end user technologies
Must have experience providing stellar customer service
Comptia A+ and Network + certifications preferred
Microsoft certifications or coursework completed is a plus
Ability to execute and deliver results within the confines of an existing process
