Issue and record Subcontract Orders via Adobe Sign. Monitor and follow-up unsigned Orders.
Maintain archiving with Iron Mountain, retrieve records when required. Check for expired boxes and arrange destruction.
Assist with bookings for CSCS and CPCS cards and associated requirements. Book other training courses as and when required eg. Fire Marshal, First Aid.
Book and record travel and accommodation through CTM portal.
