Reliability Maintenance Supervisor – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Description

• Monitor equipment performance, using KPIs to identify and address root causes.
• Use CMMS (SAP preferred) to manage and track maintenance work orders in real time.
• Lead a team while owning KPI cadence (uptime, PM compliance) and CMMS rigor (SAP helpful).
• Manage repair parts, spares, and supply usage with a focus on cost savings and reliability.
• Partner with Engineering, Production, and Facilities to support process improvements and automation projects.
• Drive TPM/predictive practices and partner with Production and/or Engineering on sustained fixes.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and training standards are consistently met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Technical training in hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical.
• 5+ years’ experience with preventative maintenance and CMMS.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
