The Project Planning Professional will maintain project schedules within the monthly planning cycle and own the creation and management of Control Account Schedules. The role acts as the subject‑matter expert for planning and scheduling methodology across the assigned team.

Capture project scope with stakeholders and develop PBS, WBS, SOW and Basis of Estimate.
Provide planning governance, guidance and support to the delivery team and Level‑3 planners.
Identify schedule impact issues within Control Account Schedules and pursue solutions within cost, time and quality baselines.
Interpret Earned Value Management data and generate performance reports.
Apply Earned Value Techniques for accurate cost profiling and reporting.
Coach, mentor and train planners across the business.

The ideal candidate embraces agility, collaboration and simplicity, and possesses relevant project planning qualifications and experience with scheduling tools. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work within security requirements are essential.

Project Planning and Controls accreditation or APM Project Management Qualification (desirable).
