Description

• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Follow a set procedure in the performance of repetitive tasks or job activities
• This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems
• Assist with servicing & Maintenance of building equipment and systems
• Work with management to ensure energy management by taking measures to verify that all systems are operating in the most efficient manner
• Support high-growth operations at a leading static site and client location in the booming Hyperscale Data Center sector.
• Autonomy meets support – manage service delivery end-to-end while being mentored by an experienced platform team.
• As a CBRE Maintenance Technical Apprentice, you will develop on the job skills to maintain buildings, industrial systems, and equipment on an ongoing basis
• Observe operations team while they perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed building systems, equipment, and facilities

Requirements

• Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
• Ability to develop skills to perform basic activities in own job.
• We are currently hiring Apprentice in AC & Refrigeration to join us and support Data Centre Critical Environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• In progress Certificate III Electrotechnology Electrical/Air-conditioning & Refrigeration
• Must be Australian Citizen - NV1 clearance is require
• Happy to work on 12 hours shift roaster
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Applicant required to provide latest student transcript
• Must have driver's license
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate.
• High School Diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in a college program or technical school
• Multiple roles available – Year 1-4 (Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration) and Electrical. (Entry Level off school Year 12 to Experienced Apprentices)
