Description

• Complete full make‑ready process from start to finish per company standards.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, and safety systems, including lights and laundry circuits.
• Perform general landscaping and exterior upkeep of properties.
• Patch, repair, and replace carpet as needed.
• Ensure mechanical equipment is operational and repair as necessary.
• Conduct general cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping.
• Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other building components.
• Maintain and repair air‑conditioning and heating systems.
• Work primarily on the road within the DFW metroplex.

Requirements

The role requires a hands‑on, hard‑working individual with strong problem‑solving abilities, physical stamina, and solid technical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.

The technician will travel to multiple locations throughout the DFW metroplex, using a company vehicle and fuel card, and must possess a valid Texas driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States. Completion of background checks, drug screening, and motor‑vehicle searches is mandatory.

• Valid Texas driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification a plus.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar make‑ready or maintenance role.
• Solid experience with plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Highly organized with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple DFW locations.
