Knowledge and experience with codes in the HVAC&R industry, including but not limited to: Pressure vessel and piping codes (ASME BPVC Section VIII, ASME BPVC Section IX, ASME B31.5); Refrigeration systems safety standards (UL 207, UL 60334-2-40, ASHRAE 15); IIAR Ammonia and CO2 standards; Certification and Regulation: AHRI 420, California Title 24
Proficiency in CFD, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling software
Occasional lifting 50 pounds
Master’s degree in Engineering, preferred
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices
Expert knowledge in electrical and controls or structure FEA analysis, highly preferred
