Under minimal supervision, you will review each work order and ensure proper materials are available. You will then set up the necessary equipment and material to assemble the doors according to the design provided, including accurate cutting of components, hinge and lockset preparation, and fabricating jambs, stops, and casings. Various assembly machinery, as well as power, air, and hand tools, are used to meet schedule and quality expectations.

- Experience in manufacturing and trim carpentry (preferred)
- Experience using a variety of tools (preferred)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- General carpentry skills desired
- Ability to perform repetitious work at a fast pace while standing for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 100 lb unassisted
- Experience with shop tools such as nail guns, circular and table saws, routers, and tape measures
