- Ensuring health and safety compliance in all laboratory and site activities
- Quality Assurance and Compliance – including the management of trial mix programs and laboratory testing to validate performance along with maintaining accurate technical documentation and support third-party audits
- Promoting low-carbon concrete strategies aligned with Tarmac’s sustainability goals
- Supporting the deployment of new technologies such as alternative binder systems
- Major Technical project support – to include leading on concrete mix design, testing, and optimisation for large-scale infrastructure projects such as HS2 & highways. Providing on-site and remote technical support during delivery of major projects and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
