Lead personnel in the selection, training, and use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including electrical-rated PPE per NFPA 70E.
Conduct onsite safety audits and inspections of construction projects and facility operations.
Participate in daily task reviews for site specific operations and ensuring compliance with daily safe work plans.
Actively participate in safety committees and serve as a subject matter expert for OSHA and NFPA compliance.
Maintain accurate safety training records, certifications, and compliance documentation (Quick Base and hard copy).
Manage PPE inventory and distribution for facility and project needs.
Review injury/illness and non-injury incident reports to ensure follow-up and corrective measures are implemented.
Support implementation of engineering controls and safe work practices to minimize electrical and occupational hazards.
Track and monitor injuries, illnesses, worker’s compensation claims, and corrective actions.
Assess company training needs and coordinate safety training programs aligned with OSHA, NFPA, and ANSI standards.
Conduct safety training for new and existing employees onsite and virtually, covering OSHA 1910, OSHA 1926, and NFPA 70E requirements.
Provide facility-level and job site safety support and coaching for employees and supervisors.
Support post-incident investigations, reports, and root cause analysis, and ensure lessons learned are integrated into training programs.
Perform frequent site walking, climbing, and equipment demonstrations, including electrical safety procedures and PPE use.
Host onsite and virtual safety meetings for small and large groups.
Review and provide feedback on operating procedures, work instructions, and batch records for safety considerations.
Provide technical guidance to staff to ensure safe work practices.
Develop and maintain written safety and health programs, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for site specific operations.
Provide technical safety and health support and training to production facility, construction, and supporting personnel.

In-depth working knowledge of OSHA 1910 (General Industry), OSHA 1926 (Construction), NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety in the Workplace), ANSI standards, and related regulations.
Strong bi-lingual communication skills – both verbal and written – with the ability to explain technical standards clearly and professionally.
Ability to deliver engaging safety training in varied conditions (classroom, field, virtual).
OSHA 500 (Construction Outreach Trainer) or OSHA 501 (General Industry Outreach Trainer) certification preferred.
Skilled at prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and balancing multiple safety initiatives.
Minimum 5+ years of commercial electrical experience, with strong emphasis on construction safety and facility operations.
Qualified trainer for powered industrial vehicles, aerial lifts, industrial equipment, and earth-moving equipment strongly preferred.
Ability to work effectively across facility and job site environments
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and safety management platforms.
