16:00: Switch to another live project: You might be running 3 to 5 projects at once (depending on scale). It’s fast but the variety is unmatched and you are of course supported by a team of lower level creatives and designer, with the MD on call. One day it’s a 5,000 sq ft creative hub, another day it’s a 90,000 sq ft flagship workplace.
17:30: Wrap up, gym session or social: Weekly team lunches, CPDs, motivational talks, gym sessions and a vibrant team culture keep things fun and lively.
09:00: Coffee with your MD: Catch up on 2 to 3 live projects you’re leading. You report directly into a hands-on, pragmatic MD who loves working closely with designers and architects.
