We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive to join our team and lead new business development efforts in Full Truckload (FTL) sales. This is a 100% new business, hunter-style role focused on identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new shipping customers across the U.S.

  • Strong understanding of domestic freight markets, pricing, and carrier networks.
  • 3+ years of experience in FTL sales (preferably with a non-asset-based 3PL or brokerage).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online prospecting tools.
  • Proven track record of success in new business development and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Highly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
