The Clerical position works a standard 8‑hour shift, Monday through Friday, with a starting rate of $20.13 per hour. Under general supervision the role performs clerical duties for the division’s operating and commercial functions, including arranging posts, compiling data for reports, typing information, preparing purchase orders, and maintaining related records.
Key responsibilities also involve answering verbal and written customer inquiries, using the Customer Information Control System to generate work orders, contacting customers to arrange collection of overdue amounts, and accepting receipts. The employee may also perform Dispatch Clerk duties as needed.
All applicants must pass basic skills testing and will be required to perform work in accordance with the Clerical Job Family under the collective bargaining agreement, which may include travel to locations outside Glassboro. The position is open only to candidates authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
