In this role, you’ll autonomously run matters from start to finish, guiding clients through some of the most difficult times in their lives with confidence and empathy. You’ll draft strong agreements and applications, represent clients in mediations and court, and bring clarity and reassurance when the stakes are high. At the same time, you’ll have the opportunity to share your knowledge and mentor junior lawyers, playing a key role in strengthening the team.
To succeed here, you’ll need a minimum of 5 years’ PAE in family law. You’ll bring depth across property and parenting matters, along with the kind of communication skills that inspire trust and get results. Just as importantly, you’ll be able to balance autonomy with teamwork, keeping a cool head when things get tough and showing clients that they’re in safe hands.
Seeking 5 + years PAE in family law. Varied work across property, parenting, DV, financial agreements & mediations.
