The company is hiring a seasoned Project Quality Manager to lead quality assurance on complex infrastructure projects that enhance the resilience of NSW’s power system. Based in Sydney, the role will embed a culture of excellence, compliance and continuous improvement, overseeing the full quality management lifecycle from design and procurement through installation and commissioning. All activities must align with ISO 9001:2015 standards, regulatory requirements and Transgrid’s Project Management Framework.
The ideal candidate holds tertiary qualifications in engineering, project or quality management and is a Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015. With more than 15 years of QA/QC experience on large‑scale infrastructure programs, they will have a proven track record of implementing risk‑based assurance frameworks, governance structures and translating commercial and contractual requirements into actionable quality deliverables. Proficiency with QA tools such as TeamBinder, SharePoint and Power BI, strong stakeholder engagement, mentoring abilities and an understanding of HSE integration are also required.
