The role supports the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health (MEP) Technical Due Diligence, Building Energy Rating audits, and project monitoring for the Lenders, Investors & Insurers team. It aims to increase team capacity, enhance efficiency, and improve client service for Arcadis’ growing built‑environment workload in Ireland and the UK.
Key duties include conducting technical due‑diligence reviews, preparing energy‑rating improvement proposals, participating in project execution reviews, producing monthly monitoring reports, and carrying out site visits. The role also involves close collaboration with colleagues across Ireland and the UK to optimise resources and free senior staff for strategic activities.
The ideal candidate has experience in M&E consulting or asset management, strong technical report‑writing and surveying software skills, and a solid understanding of regulatory compliance and the design and operation of mechanical and electrical systems. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required, with a focus on digital solutions and process optimisation considered desirable.
