- A willingness to learn, and to work across a variety of projects in a range of different locations and environments
- Strong sense of customer focus and teamwork.
- Self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative under minimal supervision.
- Direct sector and project experience in PM Group’s core sectors; preferably regionally withtin Scotland.
- Professionally qualified (for example Chartered with IChemE, IMechE, IET)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly build relationships with relevant parties.
- Suitable level of experience in consultancy and design stage of project delivery is expected.
- Excellent organizational skills - with the ability to meet project deadlines.
- Flexibility and the ability to handle multiple requests from across several areas.
- A “can do” attitude is essential
