RESPEC seeks a Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager for our construction materials‑aggregates group located in Lexington, KY. The Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of planning, designing, and permitting mine operations from exploration to production and processing. This role evaluates geologic and resource models, develops surface and underground mine plans for aggregate deposits, and assesses site constraints related to regulatory, environmental, and permitting requirements. The engineer also designs operational facility plans, evaluates and improves processing plants, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams. Additionally, the position mentors junior engineers and geologists and contributes to long‑term growth and sustainability of the organization, with occasional travel to client sites and regional offices.
