The Role

Overview

First point of contact handling admin tasks, scheduling, communication, and office support.

Tasks

-Provide general support to visitors -Plan meetings and take detailed minutes -Maintain contact lists and appropriate filing systems -Organize and schedule appointments -Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients -Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers -Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. -Coordinating all incoming and outgoing mail and packages -Answer and direct phone calls

What You Bring

-Knowledge of office management systems and procedures -Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work -High School degree -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task -Driver’s License -Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines -Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant -Attention to detail and problem-solving skills -Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail -Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
