- Someone who understands the value of exceptional customer service and owning a challenge through to resolution.
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Experience of sales support, project scoping, or technical consultancy is preferred.
- Ability to run projects end-to-end, from client scoping through to delivery.
- Hands-on training in patch repairs and full-length liner installs.
- Happy to travel extensively - approximately 3 days per week.
- Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety, compliance standards and drainage law.
- Outstanding background in drainage operations (survey, maintenance, rehabilitation, pumping systems and treatment plants).
- A knowledge of plumbing work
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, engaging effectively with all levels—from site teams to senior leadership.
