  • Someone who understands the value of exceptional customer service and owning a challenge through to resolution.
  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • Experience of sales support, project scoping, or technical consultancy is preferred.
  • Ability to run projects end-to-end, from client scoping through to delivery.
  • Hands-on training in patch repairs and full-length liner installs.
  • Happy to travel extensively - approximately 3 days per week.
  • Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety, compliance standards and drainage law.
  • Outstanding background in drainage operations (survey, maintenance, rehabilitation, pumping systems and treatment plants).
  • A knowledge of plumbing work
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, engaging effectively with all levels—from site teams to senior leadership.
