The Field Service Manager role, based at the Dartford Service Branch, leads a team of Lift & Escalator Engineers delivering planned preventative maintenance, addressing LOLER defects and managing call‑outs across the designated area. The position offers a pathway for experienced lift engineers to move into management while supporting the company’s focus on safety, innovation and customer service.
Working hours are Monday‑Thursday 08:00‑16:45 and Friday 08:00‑15:45, with travel throughout London required and a full UK driving licence mandatory. The role reports to the Lifts Distribution and Service – Maintenance and Repairs division and is a permanent, full‑time position.
