5+ years work experience in precision millwright scopes of work with at least 3 years in a Leadership or Superintendent role on Power generation projects. Candidates for this role do not have to have Superintendent experience, those who have filled foreman and general foreman roles are encouraged to apply.
Proven experience in leadership, safety management, negotiations, project planning, and contract administration
Demonstrated self-motivation, proactive attitude, and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Quick learner with the capacity to grasp and implement Kiewit's policies, procedures, and software applications effectively
Work productively and meet deadlines timely
Rigging and lifting experience is preferred
Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.
