IS Security, Risk & Compliance Services Effectiveness Manager

Description

• Services documentation and processes monitoring including gaps identifications, improvements management and evaluation of the services roadmap delivery.
• Identify and implement efficiency gains within the information security program, optimizing processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL frameworks, continuously assessing and aligning our information security practices to uphold ITIL standards.
• Enhance ITSM (IT Service Management) quality, actively seeking and integrating improvements to elevate the service quality and effectiveness of our IT security operations.
• Maintain a strong focus on Operational Compliance by consistently aligning information security with industry standards, ensuring regular audits and process reviews for sustained compliance.
• Strategic security partners quality monitoring: oversight into the service operations of service providers, performance management, escalation management, and security tools effectiveness monitoring (purchasing oversight, planning and utilization tracking).

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and superior knowledge of IS technology.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and improving processes, including the identification of opportunities for process improvement and the implementation of new processes and procedures with technical knowledge of security technologies.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Experience with project management (preferably security-related projects), including the ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables.
• Minimum Qualification - B.E. / B. Tech (Full Time) + must have Security Certifications - CISM / CISSP / Any security certifications
