- Attend P2 meetings to support EHS initiatives and assist in project planning.
- Promote continuous improvement of MYC’s safety culture.
- Conduct site safety audits, deliver verbal and written findings, and ensure corrective actions.
- Collaborate with owners, clients, and the public to safeguard their safety on project sites.
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors to embed MYC safety initiatives.
- Deliver Toolbox Talks and other training to site personnel as needed.
- Enforce stop‑work authority for violations, unsafe practices, or hazards.
- Participate in OSHA inspection processes per MYC policies.

Candidates must have 3–5 years of construction safety management experience, fluency in both Spanish and English, and preferably hold certifications such as CHST, ASP, or CSP. Additional requirements include knowledge of OSHA CFR 1926, ability to travel up to 10% of the time, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with standard computer software.

Benefits
