Appointment Setters engage homeowners door‑to‑door, share how the windows improve comfort and efficiency, schedule in‑home design consultations, record data on a tablet, and collaborate with the Inside Sales Center while participating in team meetings.

Requirements

At Renewal by Andersen of Oregon and Southwest Washington, the team connects with homeowners to create comfortable, energy‑efficient spaces. The company is seeking motivated, personable Appointment Setters who enjoy outdoor work, community engagement, and making first connections with homeowners.

• No prior experience required; customer‑facing or outreach experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal communication; confident, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and travel locally throughout the day.
• Comfortable operating a touchscreen tablet while on the move.
