Sell Haulotte US Inc's aerial work platforms and related solutions within a designated territory, driving sales and maintaining customer relationships.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the sales department to define target sectors and types of companies for commercial development.
Account Management: Build, validate, and manage Customer and Prospect account plans, considering strategic development challenges. Identify potential, set objectives, and monitor action plans per account.
Transaction Management: Initiate account openings, prepare commercial proposals, follow up on outstanding amounts, support collections, oversee deliveries, and handle complaints.
Prospecting: Create a prospecting database using various sources such as databases, directories, professional networks, trade show contacts, and website visitors.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on tools and commercial content to control the offer, its positioning, and its evolutions.
Needs Analysis: Identify customer needs to provide tailored and differentiating solutions.
