Hold a relevant professional qualification such as Chartered Engineer or TPP (or equivalent).
Demonstrate experience of project and programme management, with experience of successfully delivering Major Infrastructure consents, requirements and complex multi-work package programmes.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, using a range of formats to convey complex ideas.
Have a sound understanding of transport policy and current issues in the UK.
Possess a strong grasp of stakeholder engagement strategies, with the ability to translate feedback from constructive dialogue into positive project results.
Possess robust technical skills in highways, transport and traffic management projects with a detailed knowledge of highway design principles and technical approvals.
Have a strong consultancy background, with a proven track record of working within the DCO/NSIP planning process and of managing major project consent and subsequent compliance.
