Description

• Sell DMG distribution products to select accounts.
• Promote product lines and the DMG brand.
• Advise customers on equipment application and selection to meet operational objectives.
• Provide technical support for product lines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and manufacturers via verbal and written communication.
• Travel periodically for training, industry meetings, and customer entertainment.
• Deliver strong customer service and sales focus.

Requirements

We are seeking an Outside Sales Engineer for our Kapolei, HI office to directly impact our organization and customer outcomes. The successful candidate will have 2‑4 years of experience in sales, manufacturing, and/or engineering, possess strong communication skills, and collaborate daily with multiple internal and external teams. This position reports to Victor Murphy, Vice President.

• Hold 5–7 years of direct outside sales experience in HVAC and/or construction.
• Possess a Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrate extreme attention to detail and self‑motivation.
• Exhibit solid interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, multitask environment.

Benefits
