Description

• Oversee presentation, maintenance and compliance of both centres.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants.
• Assist leasing efforts to achieve and sustain zero vacancy.
• Prepare contracts, reports, budgets, reconciliations and related documentation.
• Proactively manage income, expenditure and financial reporting for the client.
• Supervise tenancy fit‑outs ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Develop and implement the asset’s strategic and marketing plans.
• Communicate regularly with clients and tenants, providing timely professional advice.

Requirements

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Centre Manager or Senior Retail Manager looking for the next step in their career to join our Real Estate Management Services team. Our team is driven to maximise the performance of our client’s assets by providing an integrated solution that seamlessly connects leasing, marketing, centre management and facilities management all through one point of contact. Looking after two sites, you will be based at a neighbourhood shopping centre in the heart of Chester Hill with one day per week in Thornleigh. This key role will be responsible for effectively managing and maximising the performance of this portfolio on behalf of our client.

• 3–5 years’ retail property or centre management experience with solid knowledge of leasing practices and legislation.
• Hold a NSW Real Estate Certificate or licence.
• Experience using MRI (or similar) management systems.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
