  • Bridge the Gap: Integrate local IT processes with Corporate PMO standards to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Champion Compliance: Own IT compliance for the location, conduct self-assessments, and ensure alignment with corporate and BU policies.
  • Lead with Purpose: Guide cross-functional project teams to deliver high-impact IT projects—on time, on budget, and on point.
  • Deliver a successful network transformation that strengthens connectivity, performance, and resilience at Davenport Works.
  • Own the Numbers: Develop and manage capital budget for IT
  • Drive a Strategic Network Upgrade: Take ownership of the project management of a major network infrastructure upgrade at the Davenport Works factory, ensuring alignment with business needs, security standards, and long-term reliability and scalability.
  • Drive Innovation: Spot opportunities for system and process improvements and bring them to life.
  • Drive the IT Roadmap for Davenport and the Business Unit, and contribute to monthly project reporting.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between local IT teams and the Corporate PMO.
  • Enhance project tracking, reporting, and execution across the IT department.
  • Support Security & Procurement: Help manage IT security protocols and support procurement activities.
  • Mitigate Risks: Identify potential roadblocks early and implement strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Support critical administrative functions including budget tracking, contract management, and IT security.
  • Document & Share Knowledge: Maintain and enhance our IT knowledge base and process documentation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field from an accredited institution
  • Strong understanding of compliance, budgeting, and risk management
  • 5 years’ minimum experience in a similar role.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Proven experience in IT project management or coordination
  • Experience managing infrastructure or network-related projects is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
