Meeting the key decision makers at the developers’ users of Real Estate Capital Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development, working alongside Line Managers in the group

These activities need to be undertaken through networking, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units

Basic knowledge on Real Estate including MMR key markets, land transactions, DCR regulations and sales numbers and key markets
Hands on experience in real estate capital markets transactions is preferred

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
3 – 6 years of experience in Capital Markets
Ability to work in team environment across business groups
Strong communication skill (verbal and written) with demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of Management clearly and effectively
Experience in credit underwriting/valuations or spreading of financial statements and cash flows. In depth financial modelling skill is a must have.
