The Retail Merchandiser plays an essential role in brand partnership connections by helping retail customers manage and display their products. Key duties include implementing plan‑ograms, stocking displays and shelves, completing surveys and audits, assisting with store remodels, and tagging products with security materials. Merchandisers service multiple locations within a predetermined territory and report directly to a District Manager while working independently onsite.
Strong communication skills, independent problem‑solving, and proficiency with smartphone technology are required, as is the ability to manage time, work remotely, and report store visits, photos and travel expenses. Candidates must be self‑motivated, highly organized, 18 years or older, and able to meet physical demands such as reaching, bending, walking and lifting up to 40 lb.
