This includes overseeing the entire application lifecycle for Oracle Fusion HCM, from supporting day-to-day user issues to planning and executing upgrades and implementing new modules to optimize the employee experience from hire to exit.
Oracle EBS Technical Skills: BI Reports & Alerts, Interfaces & Conversions, Extensions & SQL*Loader, Data Definition Reports, Formula Functions & User Hooks, Packages, Functions, and Fast Formulas.
Oracle EBS Cross Functional modules: Inventory, Purchase Order, Account Payables, Order Management, Account Receivables, General Ledger and Microsoft Power BI development.
Oracle Fusion HCM – Technical: OTBI, BI, Alert Composer, HSDL, Autocomplete Rules, Sandboxes, Fast Formulas.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
