The role involves conducting thorough quality reviews of supplier First Article Inspection (FAIR) packages, coordinating with internal teams, managing source inspections, and supporting customer surveys and readiness reviews.
- Review supplier FAIR packages for compliance with AS9102, ASQR‑01, ASQR‑01‑AA, ASGSQR‑001 and COL‑ASQR‑PRO‑0003‑06 standards.
- Coordinate FAIR packages with internal customers, manage source inspections, and handle supplier material release, RFIs, and deviations.
- Use Net‑Inspect to assess, audit, and perform hands‑on tasks on FAIR packages.
- Support customer surveys, readiness reviews, and analyze turn‑backs to determine corrective and preventive actions.
- Follow the scheduled order of FAIR package reviews, identify non‑conformances, guide suppliers to correct issues, and ensure timely resubmission via Net‑Inspect.
- Achieve an average review turnaround of 8–10 calendar days and notify suppliers of approval through the automated system.
