In this role you will drive outreach to new prospects, schedule in‑person meetings at industry conferences, and use CRM and outreach tools to identify contacts at target companies. You will qualify leads, route viable opportunities to the outside sales team, and maintain accurate daily and weekly reporting of the sales funnel. Meeting weekly activity quotas and achieving ten sales‑qualified leads each month are key performance metrics.

The Business Development Representative is a proactive sales role reporting to the Security Sales division, focused on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and qualifying opportunities for multi‑site strategic accounts. The position works remotely with a standard M‑F, 8‑hour shift between 7 AM and 5 PM PST, though occasional outside‑hours work may be required to serve clients in multiple U.S. time zones. Compensation is $24 per hour plus performance‑based bonuses, with the potential to earn about $75 K annually by meeting a quota of ten qualified meetings per month.
