- Establish and enforce leasing and maintenance goals for all associates.
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk Management, and Human Resources on safety and risk issues at properties.
- Maintain and adjust community goals for resident satisfaction and retention.
- Follow protocols in documenting employee issues and managing risk.
- Recruit, engage, and retain exceptional property management professionals in office and maintenance positions.
- Support and develop Assistant Managers, Community Directors, Senior Community Directors, and Service Managers in managing associates and understanding the business.
- Monitor property performance relative to budget and adapt to changes.
- Build and maintain a customer-focused culture of respect, responsiveness, and efficiency.
- Execute marketing plans, maintain curb appeal and advertising focus, and evaluate cost per lease and traffic strategies.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local employment, fair housing, and landlord-tenant laws, and company policies.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- A disciplined, customer-focused leader and mentor with a strong financial acumen in property management.
- Proven experience in managing, building, and influencing teams.
- Confidence in dealing with financial statements and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to employment, fair housing, and landlord/tenant laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Flexible leader who can quickly adapt to changing landscape in their region.
- 5+ years of multi-site managerial experience in residential property management.
- Enthusiastic about training, networking, team-building, and providing excellent customer service and sales in the property management industry.
