Member of the project that will migrate the Gas network into Esri Utility Network for the SP PowerGrid’s Gas & Electricity Mapping System (GEMS). Provide advice on the best practices for mapping data management, review new workflows and participate on the creation of test cases and execution of SIT and UAT.
Perform system enhancements through application configuration changes and development.
Assist in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Attend to the queries and issues encountered by users of the applications managed by Geospatial Services Unit in GSS Section.
Provide application demonstration, training and technical support and explore new technologies.

Good working knowledge of ESRI software and experience in Utility Network is preferred.
Effective communications skills and able to conceptualise, convey complex concepts in a manner easy to understand.
Able to develop solutions to business requirements/problems and evaluate solutions provided by vendors
Familiarity with scripting and automation using Python and Arcade.
Positive, willingness to learn new technologies quickly and adapting to new challenges.
3 Years + experience in development using C#, .Net, JavaScript, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
Experienced in engaging cross functional business, IT stakeholders and vendors.
Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or its equivalent.
