Tasks

-Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process -Be available to support occasional evening or weekend events, as required -Track and report on leasing performance, lead sources, and conversion metrics -Assist with ad hoc duties and special projects as they arise -Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity -Maintain accurate and compliant records within CRM and leasing software -Collaborate with Marketing to execute leasing campaigns and promotions -Conduct engaging tours (both in-person and virtual) and communicate the unique value of the property -Support application processing, lease documentation, and move-in coordination -Convert qualified leads into signed leases and maintain strong closing ratios -Proactively source and follow up on leads through digital platforms, referrals, and community outreach -Work occasional evenings and weekends as needed during lease-up activities

If you’re a natural communicator with a knack for sales and a love for creating exceptional customer experiences, you might be the perfect fit for our Leasing Agent (18-month contract) role! -Availability to work evenings and weekends during active lease-up periods -3-5 years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service (real estate or property management experience preferred) -Experience using CRM systems and digital marketing or leasing tools -A professional, customer-focused attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills -Knowledge of BC tenancy laws and leasing best practices (an asset) -Strong closing skills and a results-driven mindset
